The fair venue is at the Royal Photograph Society's new Headquarters:

It is situated on the raised courtyard within the new Paintworks complex; surrounded by a wide range of creative small businesses and studios, and a smart residential complex. The new Martin Parr Foundation Photographic Gallery is situated next door.

BUILDING ACCESS

There is both stair and lift access from the roadway, up to the courtyard, and the building has internal stair and lift access to all floors.

BY TRAIN.

Paintworks is situated just off the A4 Bath Road, about half a mile from Bristol Temple Meads Railway Station, a major railway hub, which offers regular train services to and from London, South Wales, The Midlands, Scotland and the North of England, and the West Country.

BY BUS

There are regular local bus services from Bristol Temple Meads Railway Station, to the Paintworks.

Service number 1, and also No. 39 (which also runs to and from Keynsham & Bath).

BY PLANE.

Bristol Airport is about 8km south of the city centre, with a wide range of cheap flights to and from Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam and most major cities in Europe. There are regular bus connection from the airport to the city centre.

BY ROAD

Car users using the M4 should leave at junction 19, taking the M32 to the city centre and follow signs to Temple Meads station. Continue straight past the station and after  500 yds., take the A4 Bath Road.

The Paintworks complex is then on the left hand side about a quarter of a mile along.

Take junction 19 for Bristol city centre if travelling north on the M5 or junction 18 if travelling south

CAR PARKING.

Free visitor parking is normally available in the Paintworks car parking areas, on Sundays. Please be aware however, that as of Oct. 1st. there is major demolition and rebuilding work being undertaken in the Paintworks complex. Exactly how far this will or will not affect car parking, by Dec 1st, is at present unknown.

Pay and display parking is also available in the nearby Temple Meads Station Car park or the Temple Gate car park or Clock Tower.

Sainsburys Supermarket car park nearby, is available for 3 hours free parking.

Whole day parking at Sainsburys is  also available for a charge of £5 per day, if if booked online in advance, via: www.horizonparking.co.uk.

There may some limited on street parking in the neighbourhood, but this is liable to be strictly limited, even on a Sunday.
